Organized by WeAreOpen

OPEN Conference is organized by WeAreOpen, a nonprofit diversity initiative founded in Hungary by Google, Prezi and espell in 2013. It is currently a community of near 1,000 companies and organizations, and has run more than 10 diversity campaigns locally.

WeAreOpen's mission is to raise public awareness of the fact that diversity is a value for organizations, and to give companies tools to become more open workplaces.

OPEN is a not for profit conference. All revenues will go to the WeAreOpen nonprofit entity, to produce further diversity programs and campaigns.
